Missing a clip
I purchased this new and it was missing one clip to hold roller in place. I contacted support. They told me I would have to buy them. Really!!
Missing one..
Product works well but I cannot use all the rollers as box was missing as a clip is missing. Next time I will choose another brand as they do not stand by product. What use is having 12 hair rollers when I can only use 11. Then I have to spend more money to use their product.

Best Hot Rollers Ever!
Bought this same set years ago and it finally broke. Was so worried I wouldn't be able to find another set and looked online and found it! I was estatic because I don't know what I would do without them. They smooth my frizz and give my thin flat hair lots of bounce and volume. A great set and I hope they continue to make them.

Replacement Conair Hairsetter
This product was sent to me as a replacement for the rollers that burnt up. I’m not real happy with the extra large black rollers as my hair is not long enough and when I used them it burns my scalp. Would love to have 4 blue rollers instead of the black rollers. Is this possible or a set with medium rollers? Thank you

They get hot
The rollers are great. They get very hot and the set has just the right amount I need. So why a three star? The metal roller holders are not long enough to keep the rollers in place on my head. The part that goes closest to the scale needs to be an inch longer. So once I have them in I have to walk very gently

Nice Results
I am pleased with how my hair turns out once I take the rollers off. It makes beautiful curls that are nice and smooth, not crimped like with a curling iron. However, I don't like that it doesn't have an "On and Off" switch. I don't like having to plug it in to turn on and unplug it to turn it off.

Great Product!
After several years of use, my hot roller set no longer worked. So, I purchased the exact same set, and saved my rollers and pins from the first set. I swapped out 4 smaller rollers and replaced them with the 4 jumbo Rollers I had from my previous set. Happy Customer!

Great Product but......
I think the product quality and appearance are fantastic! They get hot very fast, so there is no waiting! The only thing I wish it had was a place or compartment to store the pins! They end up just getting stuck in between the curlers! Would definitely recommend this product!

Rollers to big to provide the curl that I need.
I bought this set a month ago hoping that it would add a tighter curl. It's great at providing a soft look but it does not curl tight enough for my hair to hold a curl for more than an hour. I will continue to use it just so my hair does not hang straight.

Love the giant rollers!
I have been using these rollers instead of the 5 - 1 1/2 “ rollers that I have in my older travel rollers. The larger 2” size is great. Just wish the wire clips were longer, like in the regular hot rollers. They would stay in and not fall out!

Hot hair in a flash
I've been looking for hot rollers bc I'm a working mom so the quick heat up feest and allows me to multi task and my hair is done in minutes.; finger comb and spray it and hit the road I AlWAYS get compliments on my hair w soft waves

Amazing Curlers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these after I hinted for my birthday, but I love them and I have a 5 curler set same configuration and if hair is full of curlers I can put these in slots and warm them up too

Finally a set of curlers that have the large and jumbo curlers that I like for a soft look!
It gives my hair body without a tight curl. It heats up fast. I hate using a flat iron. I only wish it was dual voltage for travel.

Must Have!
These rollers are a replacement for a set I'd had for many years. Electric rollers are so very easy to use, require a lot less time and effort than other devices, and don't damage my hair with excessive heat.

Love the volume
I love the volume that these rollers give you.
Perfect for my hair length.
The only thing I don’t like, is that sometimes your hair goes into the slit and the roller leaves a crimp in your hair.

Broken hinges on lid
