Doesn’t work
I bought this several months ago but went to use it today for the first time. Followed all the directions. When it’s on and I push the button, all I get is a clicking sound. Waste of money

Doesn't work, right out of the box
Bought this about a month ago, and like a couple of the other users it just makes clicking noises and doesn't produce any steam. Can't find any info/videos/links to any trouble shooting tips. Could be that a percentage of these that go out are garbage. I had such high hopes.

Didnt think I needed this!!!
I thought, why would I need a steamer when I have an iron? Well, my granddaughter was visiting and needed a quick touch up on a sweet, clingy, polyester top she was wearing to a party. I figured now was as good a time as any to try the steamer. The wrinkles from being packed in her suitcase fell out! I didnt have to haul out my big (yep, I have an oversized) ironing board, plug in the iron, hope I had the right setting and take a chance.

Breaks after one use
I bought this for my daughter for a new home gift and she used it only once and took it out again recently abnd it doesn't work. It turns on and heats up but the steam doesn't come out and it makes a rattling noise. I googled the issues and saw a lot of people have had the same problem. I have had one for years and it works fine so I am really disappointed in this model. I would not recommend this item.

Way too much hot steam on low setting
I had a con air steamer for several years and I would give it 5 stars.
My new one has a hi and low choice for steam. My old one only had one choice. But, it was so good!
On my new one the Los steam is WAY too high.
I’ve made two phone calls to discuss this with someone and was put on hold and the option was to get a call back when when my turn came up. I never received a call back. Twice!!

Does the job
Use to steam curtains in living. Had a Tobi but hose made it hard to use and do job. Had old version of conair. Lasted years til this year steam pump stopped. Also had metal parts. Pluse water tank leaked. And you could stand this one. Found this one. More heat options. Can't stand up. Better water tank. Does the job with long cord. Kind of a little weight to it. Works great says the wife.

Sucks!
Like others it worked for a bit when I first got it. Now 2 years later just a clicking noise. Unit gets hot…but NO STEAM comes out. Extremely disappointed

Great steamer
I’ve been using this steamer for a long time now and it’s great! Easy to use and efficient. The quality and price is even better. I had one that was about 8 years old and worked fine. I only replaced it because the steam head was getting clogged and I tried to clean it but it was time for a new one. Totally recommend this steamer.

Waste of $$$$$
I received this as a gift a year or so ago. Have used it a couple of times, at most, always with distilled water as instructed. Worked well until it didn't. The pump isn't pumping the water and as a result, no steam - just a clicking sound like the pump is trying to engage.

i’m happy I bought this, but I’m still learning how to use it. I wish they were better tutorials on showing how to use which of the included attachments on which fabrics and how to do it I like it, but I’m still not 100% satisfied trying to learn how to use it properly.

We got this as a wedding gift, I was super excited to have it instead of an iron. I used it maybe 3 times, now it doesn’t make any steam, I’ve tried multiple times lately but it’s pooped out. If you’re looking to use it just once, this is perfect.

So many uses!
Bought this to steam some bridesmaid dresses . It worked great. Also used on a bride’s dress. I steamed a shower curtain, used to clean a spot in carpet, and even carefully cleaned a shower door. (Be sure to research that before attempting)

Easy to use
Very easy to use, lightweight and powerful! I can get a pair of pants steamed in no time. I hate ironing, so this solves the problem. The steamer isn't heavy or daunting to use. It's a great product and I'm so glad I bought it.

Does the job of an iron without the board
