Disappointed
I purchased this size and the 1 1/2 barrel about two years ago. Both started peeling and the rose gold particles were left in my hair. Very disappointing so I would not purchase again.

In LOVE with this curling iron!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a cosmetologist and very picky! I've always had the notion that store purchased irons weren't as affective as professional ones. Conair Double Ceramic Curling Iron proved me wrong. I have extremely thick, kinky hair and this curling iron had no problem tackling it! My hair lasted all day and looked awesome. The turbo option is an added bonus. Also, the color is beautiful! I was very impressed with this curling iron. I will be purchasing the next size up to add to my collection as well!

Smooth & Sleek Curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Conair Double Ceramic 1 inch Barrel Curling Iron free in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion by Viewpoints/PowerReviews. First thing I noticed, was how much prettier it was than my plain black curling iron. This is rose gold and white. It heats up instantly so no need to start ahead of time waiting for it to get hot. I love that it has 30 heat settings and heats up to 400 degrees. Plenty of heat options for various hair types. When I use it my hair doesn't get caught or snag. The iron just glides through my hair leaving me with soft pretty curls. Definitely a worthy buy!

Smooth, shiny curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with Conair's Double Ceramic 1-inch Curling Iron. It's super easy to use. My hair can be kind of hard to curl or hold a curl. Not a problem with this curling iron. It has 30 heat settings. I use 20. There is also a turbo option that adds up to another 27 degrees. The curls are smooth and shiny thanks to the double ceramic coating. I have not had and crimping or "seam lines" from the clamp. Having the clamp makes winding long hair easier. The stay cool tip does stay cool. Plus a heat sleeve is also included in the box to store the curling iron in when not in use.

Curling Iron exceeded expectations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got four daughters all with straight hair. Three are teenage and so we have a lot of hair products in our house. After using this curling iron my daughters felt like their curls lasted longer than with other curling irons we have. They loved how fast it heated up. They also loved the color of it. They think it's pretty. I used it on my 6 year old and had to agree. It gets hot fast. I loved the heat boost. It curls faster because it does get so nice and hot. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good iron.

Fastest heating iron I have ever used.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fastest heating curling iron I have ever used. I have fine hair. The box says to use a lower heat setting but it is so hard to get my hair to take and/or keep a curl so I put it on setting 20. Normally I have to spray each piece of hair before I curl it then more hairspray when I'm done with everything. I know that is damaging so I tried it with this iron without any hairspray. Not only did it work and work well it lasted all day. Even after a massage. I just ran my fingers through and viola most of the curls were still good. I did know about this brand of iron before. I would buy this in the future and I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Conair double ceramic heats up fast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Conair doule ceramic 1-inch curling iron free to try - my opinion is my own. With all of the holiday parties here, I was more than anxious to try this curling iron. I have long hair that I love to style - but haven't had a good tool to use for a long time. This curling iron is fantastic - it has 30 heat settings and heats up as soon as you plug it in and turn it on. It's ceramic - so it has an even temperature that curls faster and I felt like held my curl longer. Very satisfied with this curling iron - tons of settings and easy to use.

Best Curling Iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Conair Double Ceramic Curling Iron doesn't compare to other curling irons I have used. It is really good quality and curls my hair perfect. It evenly heats up and its easy to use. It is worth the buy and would recommend to others as well. I actually already have. If I knew how good this was before I would have bought a long time ago. It leaves my hair nice and curled and actually lasts longer than when I use other curlers. Its my new favorite hair styling product. I want to mention I received it in exchange for my review that being said i am glad I did because I love it.
