Really Great but….
I really really love this item, but the charge is not that good. I charge it and it stays charged for only a bit maybe half my head and then dies. You can not charge it and use it at the same time, which is unfortunate. It does tangle sometimes but your hair can come right out and you just comb it out. The curls come out beautiful. I really like that you can use the mix curl right to left and it makes them look really fluffy and full. I wish the battery was better…

Perfect Curls
I bought this because I saw people using it on TikTok. Generally I am skeptical but thought, I will give it a try. I will be honest I had a little difficulty at first with positioning but once I figured that out - it was ON!!! My hair curled perfectly and it was just a trial run. I will have to see just how long my curls last but am exceptionally optimistic.

I love it!
There is a learning curve to get the hang of how to position your hands but once I figured it out, I had no problem getting it to curl my hair in the direction I wanted it to be. It was especially helpful that you can set it to curl left or right. Even though it does have the auto-reverse feature, I was able to get my hair stuck once during a practice session. (I tried to curl too much hair at one time which it tells you not to do.) However, since I was expecting to get my hair stuck in it, I had set it to the lowest setting & the shortest time so when I did get it stuck I immediately turned it off & wiggled it while pulling straight down & my hair, although tangled, did come right out with no damage. I suggest practicing like this with those same expectations if you are like me and want to test the limits of the amount of hair it will hold. I have hard to curl hair which is fine and usually doesn't keep curl for very long during the day. This easily curled my hair and it lasted the entire day (with hairspray) and at the end of the work day I still had curls that were just a little looser than the start of the day. This is a significant improvement for me in North Carolina humidity.
