Product Returns & Service
If your Conair product is not working properly, do not return it to the store. Send it directly to us for repair or replacement.
When returning your product, please include:
- A cheque or money order for shipping and handling. The amount is listed in the Instruction Booklet that came with your product. If you no longer have the booklet, contact us and we will confirm the amount.
- Your return address and phone number
- A clear description of the problem
- Proof of purchase. If you no longer have it, we will use the date of manufacture for warranty purposes.
- Any other relevant information
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
