Beware of the SmoothRap 2-in-1 Straightener - Burns Skin!
I'm writing this review to warn others about the SmoothRap 2-in-1 Straightener. I loved the idea of a 2-in-1 product, but it has been a disaster for me. The outer layer of the straightener gets extremely hot and has actually burnt my skin multiple times. I've tried using it with a lower temperature setting, but it doesn't make a difference. I've also tried using a heat protectant spray, but it still gets too hot. The product claims to be safe, but I don't think it's suitable for anyone with sensitive skin. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Really neat 2-for-1 folding iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in exchange for my honest review. I'm a fan of Conair and they've created a really unique, useful item here -- especially for travelers or folks without much permanent bathroom storage. This is a combination curling and flat iron with high and low temperature settings. It can also fold in half, which I've never seen before for this type of product. The design choices are smart and the item works as well as it should. Retail price is fair, so this is an easy recommend for anyone wanting to cut down on individual hair instruments for varied styling.

Great 2-in-1 Tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Conair 2-in-1 Styler is an excellent tool that straightens and styles your hair without the hassle of switching between different tools. It is compact in size and easily fits in a travel bag so you can take it anywhere you want. The best part is that it is dual voltage so it can be used in any part of the world. The styler heats up quickly and gives shiny straight hairs. The only thing I wish it had is a little larger size. It would have been great if it was a little bigger so the styling would be quicker. Other than that, it’s definitely something going to be in my bag whenever I travel.

Versatile with mid performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea behind this styling tool quite a bit especially for travel or someone who maybe doesn’t want a lot of tools cluttering their space. I can’t say it’s the most impressive curling iron/flat iron but it does okay. I personally wish it had more than two heat settings. It was lightweight and very easy to use but the barrel was quite short so it may be better for shorter hair. I also noticed a buzzing sound coming from it as it got close to my ear. Overall, it did okay but I wouldn’t say it’ll replace my curling iron and straightener.

Works in a pinch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This two in one curler/straightener is decent. It only has two temp settings, 320° and 400°, it takes a few minutes to heat up. I had to use the higher temp setting otherwise my hair kinked weird. The curling feature was about the same and still struggled to actually curl my hair. I held it in for as long as I felt comfortable considering it’s quite a lot of heat. I do appreciate that it is a two in one device and the collapsibility is awesome. Overall it does the job but I’ve encountered better products that have a lower price point.

perfect hair tool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. i’m obsessed with this hair tool! at first i thought it was just a curler, but then i realized it’s a straightener too! all you have to do is flip the switch to the other setting and it changes. i used the curler part to curl the bottom of my hair, and then i fixed the top of it with the straightener part. i also love the fact that it folds over, so it becomes travel sized! it heats up pretty quickly, and i like how light it is in my hand. the only thing that tripped me up for a second was the fact that the light never turns green.. it stays orange but stops flashing when it’s ready.

Styler that is impressive for this price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This styler is such a steal for this price. When I received it, at first I was skeptical how good can it be for this price, but then after trying it I was impressed. I don’t think I have ever seen a product that good for its price. It has such a convenient switch buttons to control if you want your hair curly or straight today. It curves hair perfectly, making hair looks better with a beach waves style. The straightener works perfectly as well. Definitely something that I would buy myself for its price.

2-in-1 Styler!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great 2-in-1 option for those that need a flat iron and a curler! It takes some practice if you don’t normally use a curler with a clamp, but after a couple uses it gets easier. It’s the size of your average hair tool, and I like the larger barrel for larger curls. There are two heat settings, the lower worked great on my thinner hair. My only negative is that it emits an odd buzzing sound when using it, and it feels a little lower quality than some of my other hair tools.
