1. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PRODUCT?
Your warranty starts from the date of purchase on your receipt. If you received your product as a gift or you have lost your receipt, it will start from your serial number (a 4 digit number engraved onto the prongs of your plug or charger, or the back of your unit/base) which is the date of manufacture.
Warranties vary from product to product. Most personal care appliances carry a limited 1-year warranty (in the U.S. and Canada) for parts and labor. Others may carry a 2, 4, or 5-year warranty.
The instruction booklet that came with your appliance lists the warranty that applies to your unit.

Oil the blades often to keep the upper blade moving smoothly against the lower blade. Lubrication will reduce friction and prolong your clipper's life.
Before or After Each Use.
Turn the unit on and hold it with the blades facing sideways or down (not up). Spread a thin layer (2 - 3 drops) of the light lubricating oil across the top blade and run the clipper for about 30 seconds. Keep the blades down to keep the oil from splattering. Switch the clipper to the OFF position and gently dab any excess oil from the unit with a cloth.

13. FABRIC STEAMER
Does the hand steamer work on suits and denim?
Yes, the hand steamer can be used with suits and denim.
How do I decalcify my steamer?
To descale the steamer. Just fill the water tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 distilled water.
Run the steamer until half the mixture has steamed.
Unplug and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
Dump out remaining mixture.
Rinse and repeat... as many times as necessary until steam returns to normal (could be 2-3 times).
Run a cycle of fresh, cold water through the steamer before using it on your fabrics.
How often should I decalcify my steamer?
We recommend using distilled water for the best results. If you must use tap water, how often you need to decalcify will depend on the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the steamer. It's best to routinely decalcify from time to time or when steam flow begins to slow down.
